Bandai Namco has announced two new DLC packs for One Piece Pirate Warriors 4, scheduled to arrive in two phases. DLC Pack 7 is planned for Fall 2025 and adds Rob Lucci along with two characters yet to be named, plus extra outfits. DLC Pack 8 is set for Early 2026 and brings Enel, King and Z along with more costumes. Character Pass 3 will unlock the Kamusari technique for Shanks across his outfits. The content goes live starting tomorrow, August 11, with Pack 7 arriving later this year and Pack 8 following early next year. There is no information yet on the previously announced PS5 port.
