Paul Harvey, 51, from Attleborough in Norfolk, won £1 million in the EuroMillions Millionaire Maker draw. He matched a unique raffle code on his ticket, not the main numbers, to enter a £1 million prize. He only realized he was a millionaire after checking his National Lottery account following the draw on Friday 4 July 2025. He saw £5 and a free Lucky Dip first, and it was a week later an email urged him to check again and contact the National Lottery. He filmed the moment he told his teenage son the news, and they laughed and celebrated together: "Zero," came the reply. Paul said, "Well, you know one now!" He says the win brings new options but he plans to take his time. "This win gives us so many more options, but I want to take my time and do it right." Paul already has Greece in mind for a family holiday, as he once lived in Cyprus for 12 years and can speak fluent Greek. He adds that his kids are his priority and he wants to help them as they approach the end of full-time education. He hopes to assist with driving lessons and getting his daughter a second-hand Fiat 500 for practice.
