Five apartments now require regular rent payments, and a cast of real estate agents and landlords texts you through more than 450 messages across the city. The mod treats the initial payment as a security deposit and introduces a loyalty quest to earn rent discounts, with the possibility to buy the Glen apartment.

The system is adjustable through in-game settings that let players tweak rent frequency and other rules. It also requires external tools to run, including ArchiveXL, Codeware, RED4ext, redscript, and TweakXL, underscoring how deeply some players invest in expanding Cyberpunk 2077 beyond its vanilla loops.
